This tool is hand forged in Finland with carbon steel from the spikes of an old manual hay rake (see attachment). The tool weighs around 50g, it's 2,5mm thick, 15mm wide and 200mm long so it's very tough yet lightweight. It's pointy but not sharp so that when you "open" the pockets from excess glue it doesn't cut the stitch. Every item is unique as the marks have been hammered by hand in order to get the rugged dented look. This tool is a great example of the heritage of Finnish craftsmanship.

The production time from purchase is 1-2 weeks.
